Kelly's School Production was on today.
I went to the Matinee and dragged poor Dad along. I did tell a little white lie and told him it would only go for an hour or so...ummm...errrr...2 hours later!!
I don't know quite how I did it but I've got the cutest best looking kid in the whole of Lysterfield Primary!! Kelly was half singing and half chatting to her friend beside her...cute!!
Some of the older kids had pre-recorded interviews that showed on a screen. They had interviewed Red Symons, Lysterfield's Principal and a selection of kids. Kelly was one of them!! As the production was about food they had asked the kids what were their favourite foods. Most kids said Pizza or Maccas but Kelly yelled out 'Vegetables' - oh yeah what century was that in??!!
One poor father was dragged up onto the stage and ended up stealing the scene. A few bloopers were made along the way - gotta love that.
Kelly is off doing night performance - her Dad is watching this one - I went to the Village and enjoyed a Thai meal washed down with a glass or two of Shiraz. Hard choice but someones gotta do it.
